2002 - 2006 Babe was our 4 year old Dark Bay Standardbred mare. 15.1hh, who finished her racetrack career and came to live with us. She completed 30 days training with Jill Sperling of Double J Equine in Sexsmith, AB and was an awesome all around horse. Unfortunately, we lost Babe this fall. She will be missed dearly!

1992 - 2007 Dayton, was our bombproof Quarterhorse gelding. He was the horse that I learned to ride on and he taught me the unconditional love of a horse! Riding him in this picture is my son, Brandon. Dayton was diagnosed with a neurological disorder in Jan 2007 that soon took over his body to the point where he could not control his legs. This great horse will never be forgotten.

2005 - 2007 Faith was our two year old Palomino QH filly who was diagnosed with severe liver failure in the fall of 2006. She succumbed to her organ failure July 2007. She had a puppy dog personality and was a wonderful pet for the year we had her. Everybody at our farm as well as our boarders will miss her greatly.

May 2007 - October 2007 Ace was our registered black QH stud colt prospect. We lost him suddenly with no warning on October 14, 2007. A full autopsy showed the resulting cause of death to be severe kidney failure and an enlarged liver due to Septicemia. Usually Septicemia affects foals only a few weeks old but apparently once in awhile it can happen in an older foal. He was an awesome little man with great potential and we'll sure miss him!
