| Introducing OK Really Rocking....aka "Rockin". The perfect gentleman. He came to me from Tara at Hayburner Haven in Langley, British Columbia. He was born in 1989 and is still a stallion and we are currently using him to breed a couple of our mares, Georgia and Dakota. If all goes well with my two then two of our boarders, Charm and Flicka, will also be bred to him this spring. He is an amazing horse with quite the history. He originated in Winfield, Alberta where he was used as a herd sire for many years at the OK Appaloosa Ranch. When the owner decided to retire, he had to place many horses and Rockin ended up in Pritchard, BC.....and then to the lower mainland....and then last year he ended up at Hayburner Haven, a wonderful facility that rescues horses. He has produced over 90 registered foals that we know of. His disposition is second to none. He is gentle, well-mannered, quiet, submissive and extremely friendly. You would really never know he was a stallion except that, well, he does like the girls...LOL. At this point in time we are unable to gain access to his transfer papers as they were lost in the last couple years. Papers or no papers, this boy produces incredible foals and with the temperments of the mares we've selected for him the foals are sure to be amazing as well. Rockin is not broke to ride but a person can meander around on him bareback with a halter or throw a saddle on him and let him graze around with you on him. He is the first to the fence to come see you and you need not go find him in the pasture.....he'll hear you and come running!
